The MBA students of University of Washington played on an Ultimate team wanted to create a Jersey that reflected the diversity of their team.  

The goal was to use the play on word of bibimbap which is a Korean rice dish that contained main different ingredients. 

After creating the draft I had asked them if they had any color limitation since they were printing these designs on a jersey which cost more money as there are more colors used. After my initial draft which had full colors for the flags it was deemed to expensive. We then choose the color of their jersey which was used as a the base color for the outside and added 1 additional color, Red. The colors were determined by which colors were repeat colors in the flags. Poor India was left out as only an outline since their flag was predominately orange and green. Their teammate was a good sport and still approved of the design.
